I moved in fall of 2024- there were a lot or repairs that still needed completion - they eventually got done over the months after ++ contact with upper management . My main complaint with Killam is the lack of maintenance to the units over the years compared to other rentals i have lived in ( Peka management in Canmore ). We like the apartment , it's size , the value, the people are very friendly . I wish the outdoor parking had winter plug ins .Noise is an issue which we have had to address - it has improved somewhat .We like the area and proximity to amenities.

We have been tenants for almost 16 months. For the most part we are pleased. Storage is a issue in the apartments. Too many tires are stored in the underground parking. A notice was sent out to tenants last year saying no storing of tires in the parkade but now there is more than ever down there. I believe this came from the Fire Department. I guess folks did not read their lease. We have lived in a apartment before living here and storing of tires was a definate no no. Would like to see this rectified.
