Nice place

A good place to live if you work downtown. Unit is a nice two bedroom place. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Rent has gone up 60% in two years which is quite the hike. Our unit is not renovated the same as the others either.

Well Run Property

Lived here since May 2023. The building is quiet, clean and well maintained. The building manager Zoran is easy to contact, pleasant to deal with and very quick to do any needed repairs. Highly recommnded
