Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. After living here for 3 month I could say that it is a place that worth the money. Building is well maintained. Also tenants mostly are nice and friendly people. One thin that is not great is some of tenants continue to smoke sigarets on their balconies even after two notifications for all the building. By the way espesially thank to the staff of the building because they make their work for 10/10!

The office and maintenance staff make up the best part of the pointe at Applewood. They are efficient, professional, Very patient and kind. The building could use a refresh and upgrades.
