Livingston Townhouses

My only concern has been how noisy and disruptive the upstairs tenants have been. Screaming that can be heard even fron ourside, loud piano playing, loud running back and forth, moving furniture, all on a regular daily basis. But I also understand there is only so much management can do as none of this behaviour is illegal. However, I will not be renewing my lease because of this.
