We have been here simce 2019 and are very happy living here. Porte maintenance is usually quickly responsibe, the yards and courtyards are well-maintained summer and winter (snow removal), the rent is fair, and its iberall a great neighborhood.

I love living here. I love location and I love the neighborhood. However, the last tenants destroyed this place and I’ve been living here for 2 1/2 years. The rent has gone up each July. I started paying $1850 a month July 2022. July 2023 it went to $2050, And July 2024 it went up to $2220. My front hallway and staircase have still yet to be painted and many of the repairs I asked for are still unfinished.

I have lived in Reunion Loop in Airdrie for almost a year and I must say that management is very responsive. The maintenance team is fantastic, communicates well and fixes things quickly. Overall, I have zero complaints.
