Carpets are old and worn and should be replaced. Front door lock difficult to open. Trees aren’t maintained (dead ones never replaced). Parking lot isn’t monitored.

My front door doesn't have a good seal so I hear a lot of noise from people walking past. I hear some neighbors far more than I should. There is a parked car with no plate in the parking lot and it's been there for months but not dealt with. People are parking on near by streets. The parking garage is a mess and needs to be cleaned. Too much dust, needs to be swept out. The carpets are a mess throughout the building. The elevator has been broken for months with no note. I'm quite surprised it's taking this long to fix.
