Noisy and annoying

Maintainance people are great. Staff are mostly good, some not so much. The noise is unbearable at times, and it seems no amount or complaints actually does anything about it, so thats fun.

Overall nice property

Just moved in and very happy with the property and the location. Our only problem is that our hallway reeks pet pee and it needs some attention.

Poor Quality for Price

Rent goes up every year for no apparent reason other than corporate greed, shows no signs of being put towards improved upkeep or services. Constant garage door, building entry, elevator issues. People parking on sidewalk and in fire lane when parking is full and nothing is done.

Hard to reach a staff

KEEP DOING MISTAKES TAKING OFF ON MY EX WIFE ACCOUNT..WICH AHE IS NOT HERE ...HAPPEN LOTS OF TIMES ..I GAVE ALL THE INFORMATION TO Aqua Res..Quick pay and they have all my bank account information..and still have to wait for 3 to 4 days to get call back !!
