Having the gym in the same building is quite disruptive. Any noise complaints related to that as well as neighbors is not handled. It's left to residents.

Maintenance of property and cleanliness the past month or so has nose dived. Change in cleaning staff is extremely disappointing. Cleanliness outside and elevators is at an all-time low.

Overall acceptable

I really like living here. Has walking distance to all amenities grocery & drug stores, dentist & insurance offices, banks, variety stores and more. Mantainance fixes what they can thats satisfactory. But needs work to get someone to fix things if they cant. (That needs to be made clear whos resposposibility it is). Thats the only complaint there. I use underground parking less stressfull in winter. Noise has alway been minimual just normal stuff. Correspondance with managers has always been quick and helpful and resolutions have always been made. Overall I love my apartment and where I live. Thanks

needs more parking

I really like the central location. The maintenance and management staff are friendly and reliable. I wish there was a better system for the parking lot. Why not charge a small fee for an outside spot? It could even be an option and those not willing to pay can get the first come first served availability that now exits. It is also very noisy. The gym and pedestrian traffic can be heard at all hours as well as barking dogs. (Many of the noise comes from patrons of the gym with music and/or vehicles blaring.) The building is lovely on the outside, and I do feel safe, although the carpets are constantly stained (mostly by pets). The rent is a little steep for the lack of amenities.
