Joe of the maintenance department that services Crystal Pond is the best. He is professional, polite, and responds quickly to a call and gets the job done. Heatherwood is lucky to have him.Geneci s. on Feb 1, 2022

Very good so farAnonymous on Mar 4, 2022
Finding the Heatherwood Apartments on Mirror Pond, my husband and I feel like we've "landed in high cotton". It's beautiful, with mature plantings. It's quiet. The apartment is large with good appliances )but a few should be updated). On-the-property, mail drop box and pickup. Clear communications from management when storms are coming or gutters are going to be cleaned. Good online system for paying rent automatically as well as making maintenance requests. Also, grocery, drug, hardware, and liquor stores are all within 1.5 miles of the apartment. We are very happy we found Heatherwood Mirror Pond in Center Moriches.

Golf is now only 10% off for residents. We must honor the lease contract until the lease is fulfilled. I never heard such a thing
