This is my 6th year staying at RoCo building. Modern building and interior areas, convenient downtown location, wonderful staff and quality maintenance.

RoCo is a great place to live, you're in the heart of downtown but far away enough from the noise. The staff, apartment amenities, and residents are all top-notch.

I have noticed some run down features such as the parking garage which hopefully will be repaired. the deck accumulates snow.

I really enjoy living at the Bostad-- the property itself is beautiful and my apartment is a great space! Donna is really wonderful to work with, and so responsive to any questions or concerns I've had-- she's just the best! For me, the only downside is parking, but that comes with living in a downtown area-- wish there was a way to access the skyway after hours to get back to the apartments when I have to work late or do a Sunday grocery run.

For the most part apartment is good. Great location and commute if you are employed in the local Downtown Fargo area. Room for improvement: The walls lack sound proof, it would make standard of living much better. No issues with the street noise.

My experience has been wonderful. The staff has been tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. They made my transition smooth. I have been live at my apartment two months. I like the layout of the apartment and the space. I will definitely recommend others to the apartment.

Right from the beginning the staff at Blackstone exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, informative and very understanding. They went above and beyond in more than one circumstance, and I have only been here a month and a half. I am loving it so far, I feel "at home" already. Keep up the great customer service and thank you for being there when so many other property management companies simply do not care.

I've lived here for two years and love it. The building is quiet, the location is excellent, the rent is affordable, maintenance does a great job with any requests. Overall I'm highly satisfied with where I live!

I absolutely love my apartment + the renovations that went into it-- 12 foot ceilings in the living room+ bedroom, granite countertops, + new flooring throughout! The only downfall is the baseboard heaters + AC unit are right by the 10ft (old) windows so most of my heating/cooling money literally goes out the windows. Parking is a nightmare downtown, but underground parking is available if you have another $100 to spare. I will say this is worth it for my peace of mind at the end of the day!! Staff + maintenance are all fantastic! They even helped me with putting up the plastic on my windows this winter since they're SO tall!! I'd 100% recommend living here for those who enjoy the convenience of being downtown. Just be sure to triple check the signs for parking if you have a guest or you will most definitely wake to a parking ticket!! Cheers!

Quiet minus the traffics on the main road

To many sirens, office is of little help and hardly any parking. Only real plus is maintenance is cool.

I’ve lived having this place so far it gives me and my roommate a lot more space to live in compared to the dorms in college. It’s been a nice thing to come back to after my work shifts as well.

I've been here for 2 years and love the convenience, close to my employer and easy access to the St Cloud area. The building is great, very well kept and clean. My apartment has everything I need and is priced right. I have a garage which is a bonus in the winter, no having to move my vehicle when it snows.

Its a noce location to a good school system. Its close to the main highway but but far enough that its quiet.

I’ve enjoyed my last few years here. Good price, usually quiet, no stolen packages.

Three years here. It is quiet and the staff is available timely.

I've lived here a year and a half. The complex is extremely quiet, neighbors are friendly without being pushy, and willing to get involved if something seems off. The mail, especially packages, arrive in a timely manner. Complex information is forthcoming and timely. Office staff is quickly available in response or physical assist. And, the area is not only beautiful but easily accessible for shopping. I am so glad I relocated to Meadows Edge.

Process of moving in has been made easy and location of property is nice.

The apartment itself is spacious, with a great open-concept layout and plenty of natural light. I especially love the in-unit laundry. ?The management and staff are truly what set this place apart. ?The location is ideal—it's a quiet, friendly neighborhood but still within walking distance of the grocery store. I feel safe and comfortable here. I highly recommend Shadow Ridge Apartment

Moved in 2020 and haven't need to move for four years because this is a fantastic place to live. Management gets things done even when they were short staffed. Location is fairly quite besides the reeving of engines and motorcycles at night off of veterans blvd.

Great value apartment in a nice location

I moved in a few months ago and this is honestly the best experience I've had in an apartment. All of my neighbors are considerate and management is great!

Great Value and location. The setup is ideal for families or for multiple adults. Parking can be difficult with 3 different schedules, but we make it work. Maintenance can be a little slow, but does a good job. Overall its been a great 4+ years of my life

Its ok. Not worth $1665 a month though. Maybe $1400 but nothing more

Good place and house I found my happy place

The units are depressing and difficult to properly utilize due to the layout and lack of natural light, the "secure" doors are frequently jammed in the "unlocked" position or otherwise broken, and the location gets fairly loud, especially around holidays, but it's... fine. It's not worth the $1040 we used to pay, and it's CERTAINLY not worth the $1100 they charge now.
