Great location

I've been here for 2 years and love the convenience, close to my employer and easy access to the St Cloud area. The building is great, very well kept and clean. My apartment has everything I need and is priced right. I have a garage which is a bonus in the winter, no having to move my vehicle when it snows.

They do not screen renters well enough and good ones get hassled. Do enforce what they want to on the lease and otgers they take a blind eye to.
