    When I first moved here , it was really nice especially for the price. It was going to be temporary because I had just moved here from out of state and have a house in Calabash. I needed a place for work in Greensboro just off the 68, but since then it has declined, still a great value because they have not increased rent as much as I thought they would in 6 years. It really just needs sprucing up and the apartments could use a remodel, they really show their age
