We were some of the first people to move in here. The staff were very helpful with the process and took great care of us. The building has started to fill up as more people are moving to the property. With more people things usually start to degrade; that has not been the case here. The day time staff stays on top of things, the maintenance team is fast to respond to any request, and the night watchmen actually show up and patrol the property. I strongly recommend Legacy at Hayward.

If you need any thing repaired, it is simple; you submit a ticket on line and the response is immediate. The neighbors are nice and I really appreciate this family oriented community. So happy to be here.

This really is a great place to live! Beautiful neighborhood and the staff has always been extremely nice. Would be nice to have a small gym as an amenity.
