Absolute worst customer service. Good luck getting ANYONE to return a call or email. At present I have called and left “messages” with their answering service 4 times and sent 2 emails…still no response. Also, not sure how you’ll want to go about saving your rented spot but just a heads up if ya move your camper for the weekend you’ll come back to someone in your spot and when ya call to ask “wtf”? They will tell you, and I quote “ Oh, lol, ya we know who is probably in your spot, he thinks he owns the place”…..Umm, ok. So basically some random dude is left to just park wherever he sees fit whenever he sees fit. Nice. You’ll also sit in the parking lot waiting for instruction on where to now put your camper ( since some random dude is in your PAID FOR SPOT ) for approx. 2 hrs. before ya get a call back….place is a joke. ... Very easy to purchase a storage rental. Great idea to automate so you don't have to be there. The unit we rented is clean. We didn't take any pictures but will when we go back there. We're moving to Rock Springs. When I had a problem the lady did answer the phone when I called. Other places didn't answer so we could get any place else but this one. Thank you. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Self Assured Storage - 93 Purple Sage Road include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 600 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Self Assured Storage - 93 Purple Sage Road start from $30 and can go up to $95 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
