Anne was very friendly to work with and provided me with great help & support! She made the process very simple and took the time to answer all of my questions in full. No hidden fees or requirements. I suggest using Smart Storage — especially if you are a student, as they offer a great discount :) ... Read more

I give this a 3 but its getting better now. Big huge shout out, order online. The gentlemen that manages the place doesnt know how I guess to do it on computer. 2 the dolly they give works but its not the best. 3 The door to the inside facility doesnt stay open, and the small useless brick really doesnt prop it open so bring something heavy. 4 no need for a lock but download the app cause u can't get in without the app to hold onto the storage unit to gain access everytime. 5 save your passcode for the gate cause its a heck of a time getting an email and trying to do a special code everytime. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Smart Storage - 4619 East Bobolink Lane include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Keyless Unit Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Smart Storage - 4619 East Bobolink Lane start from $15 and can go up to $100 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
