Read some helpful reviews of Open Range Storage at 1500 Southwest Drive, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Natalia is amazing! She really knows what she's doing and made me feel like I was making the best decision for myself and my belongings. Great personality, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend storing here to anyone asking. ... Read more

Setting up and moving into the storage unit was great! However..... when we were done moving and got everything out, getting Open Range to stop billing us has been a headache. I have called, emailed, and messaged them multiple times. The phone has only ever been picked up once. We are still being charged even though we have been moved out for a month. ... Read more

Do not rent here!!!!! Shady business practices and extremely incompetent staff!!!! I would give negative stars if I could!! They are completely untrustworthy!! Interesting how your company can respond to reviews but not your customers when messages are left on your company phone??? You say "I'm so sorry, please call us to make it right" but don't answer the phone?? What a complete joke! I moved out of this place in March and let them know immediately. They said as long as the unit is cleared and my lock is removed, I'd be okay. After removing my items AND my lock, these people continued to charge me so I reached out again, they said it was an error and it won't happen again. Then July comes and I get a certified letter from them demanding payment or they are going to auction off the items in the unit!! I again contacted them and after having to follow up with my email (BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE) and they simply told me "we know you haven't been there since April. Ignore the letter". EXCUSE ME? Absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable. I hope this place goes out of business as soon as possible. There are so many better places to store your items in this town- do yourself a favor and go there!! ... Read more

Took away two stars for each of my major issues. A minor complaint is that the keypad for the gate doesn't like to read inputs very well. The big ones are maintenance and pest control. The weeds and grass are getting tall throughout the driveways. The property clearly isn't visited enough by management because they'd either hire someone to clean it up or do it themselves. Seeing how the facility is built next to a large field, rodents like to frequent inside my unit. Droppings like to appear on my boxes quite often. Luckily, I took my furniture out before they could shelter in the cushions, and I dont keep anything else in there that they would want to get into. Im hoping the recent rent increase will better resolve these issues. ... Read more

All in all it was okay for the short time that I was there however they're being no on site staff or managers I think that customer service should be number one priority especially since there is no staff and the hours I mean 9:00 p.m. is a little bit early but that's not the main concern here it's just the fact that you know there could be after hours emergencies break-ins you name it and there's nobody to get a hold of you and nobody returns your calls and nobody emails you back that you just go left on her your ghosted and that's not okay I want to know that my stuff is protected at all costs no matter what time of day or night it is or if it's a weekend or if it's a Monday so I think that's a big big thing that should be improved on ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Open Range Storage - 1500 Southwest Drive include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 100 to 600 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Open Range Storage - 1500 Southwest Drive start from $48 and can go up to $237 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
