Read some helpful reviews of Magic City Self Storage at 1305 Dell Range Blvd, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Moving from Michigan to Wyoming was stressful, but Stacy in the office made things so much easier. She took the time to explain everything clearly, welcomed us to Wyoming, and even followed up with a call to see how our move was going. Her patience and professionalism truly stood out. We looked at a few other facilities, but Stacy customer service is what made our decision easy. The facility itself is clean, secure, and convenient, and thanks to her, the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. If we ever need storage again, we’ll definitely be back Thank you ... I’ve rented from Security Storage before, and when I needed a unit again, I didn’t hesitate to come back. It’s now Magic City. The young lady in the office went above and beyond, she called me back right away, even stayed later to show me a unit. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it made the whole process simple and stress-free. I also really appreciate the convenient gate hours (6 AM to 10 PM), the easy access. The facility is clean, well-kept, and very secure. Overall, it’s been a great experience both times I’ve rented here, and I’d definitely recommend Magic City Self Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused storage option. ... Worst place I’ve ever rented from. Paid my unit on time every month. My storage unit was “broken into” and they never called me, never emailed me or anything. I have recieved emails of my monthly statements?? i spoke with the manager who stated they can’t unlock it until there regular business hours and said if i cut there lock off they will press charges on me. I was never notified about a single instance but yet she told me they tried to call me and my phone was “disconnected”, my phone has never been disconnected . I have proof of all!! ... Read more

Terrible customer service. They’re a bunch of liars!! Advertise 24 hour accessibility but it’s locked down at 5pm!! Claim late payments even though I have bank evidence of that not being the case. They also suddenly decided to go to auto pay without saying a word and overdrew my account because they decided to do whatever they want!! And the “lady“ in charge is rude!! Called and screamed into my voicemail! Then terminated stating 3 months of late payment when she used the auto payment and I have bank proof!!! Unprofessional liars!!!! And talking to her employee made me realize she’s scared of her! I’m glad I’m not working for her!! ... Read more

I signed up at this storage almost 4 years ago. Yes I admit I'm not always on time with payments due on the 5th. a few days late several times in that 4ish years. Never once did I receive a call or email about being late. I even remember the lady waiving the late fee once. So I get a text from a friend at work that they are trying to get in touch with me. So I call them and was nice and told them I've been sick just have not made payment and I was aware it's late and I always made the late payment fee. She kinda yells at me on the phone and tells me I have 10 days to get out of HER unit. So I make the payment over the phone and after I realize she charged me more than what I would have owed with late fee. So I drive there, im still being polite, she kinda throws the bill/eviction notice at me and tells me I have been late several times and my contract says if im more than 3 times I think, I will be evicted is what she told me, first time i was told this since signing contract , she even states i had insufficient funds. If I had insufficient funds I would think they would have auctioned my storage unit. But I have bank statements for every debit charge that went throughfor every month I paid. She said they been mailing me letters and they get returned. She said she called my job and they said I transfered. I've had the same number for the last 10 years and the same email. I may have been late yes, I do not remember the contract as it was signed in 2019 but this was the first I heard from someone. I emptied the storage unit and cleaned it out swept and all. Just kind funny how she tried so hard to get a hold of me, terrible customer service, rude, and raised/charged me more than I actually owed and I never once raised my voice I smiled and said ok. But just now I get an email telling me I owe nothing. Zero balance due. So how hard was it to send me a receipt but not email me and call my work, or call my cell which the number you had on file, throw a bill at me and accuse me of not paying. I don't know if it's new owners but they have the worst ungratefull customer sevice. Most storage companies have a grace period. This one does not. There is other places in town to store your belongings with a smile and not treated like I was. ... Read more

Love this place. All storage in Cheyenne is expensive, but this place will at least do a 6 or 12 month 10% discount if you pay in advance, and the people who work the front desk are awesome. So friendly and helpful. We've tried a few places. But this has been our favorite. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Magic City Self Storage - 1305 Dell Range Blvd include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Magic City Self Storage - 1305 Dell Range Blvd start from $37 and can go up to $316 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
