I showed up shopping prices, and was pleasantly surprised by an employee, Im positive her name was kelly. She opened amd held the door for me(nobody does that anymore lol), showed me around with detailed and fluent details of security and process. I'm on the process of moving and she expertly explained what my best possible options would be. (Going from two bedroom house to 1 bed apartment). And as a side note, idk if it's her(with this experience so far I'm willing to bet it is) but the bathrooms were immaculate. She showed. Amazing care and professionalism. Was friendly and really made my day, and experience worth it. Price isn't everything. Sometimes it's about being comfortable with the experience. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 6 STARS I WOULD. i recently just moved out of my unit here and, if i may say, KELLY GLENN was the most kind, patient, professional, HILARIOUS, positive, upbeat individual i have ever met. Normally, people hate to be at their job, but this woman, she made it seem like she loved doing what she does. I admire her for that. I recently moved out due to me moving to North Carolina. I have never seen such a clean unit before. It literally looked brand new and smelled like fabulouso cleaning product. It's like she cleaned my unit before i even got there. If you ever come here, please ask for Kelly Glenn. She's so patient, because i'm a little slow and need to process things in a dumber way. I highly recommend this facility. I rented a unit 10 months ago, with no intention of keeping it that long. However, throughout the entire time the service was exceptional.
