Read some helpful reviews of IncaAztec Self Storage at 410 58th Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Used the storage unit for a few months while moving. Just be aware of a few things when leaving your stuff here. Rats got into some of my stuff, so be sure to seal up any clothing or food you leave. The facility does not pro-rate rent if you move out a day after you pay for another month, so plan accordingly. The gate access isn't 24 hours per day, and gate code keypads are finicky. You may have to punch the pound button several times after entering your code to get the gate to open. Otherwise, staff was great to work with and let us leave our enclosed trailer there without charging us a few days when moving stuff up, so we didn't have to drive around town with the trailer. I'd use the facilities again being mindful of the above. ... Read more

Don’t leave your space early before your billing date because you WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. This facility got 15 days worth of pay for a space not even being used. The staff working the desk all she could say was sorry we don’t refund I really don’t know what to tell you. Then refused to give the managers name, phone number or email. It’s on the web site. Hope they use the money they kept from our building to improve the place! ... Read more

My RV was broken into at Capitol Mini Storage. The person that broke into the RV entered the facility with an access code that opened the security gate. The person proceeded to damage the RV and unloaded thousands of dollars of items from it without anyone noticing. This is despite the fact that the incident occurred after 6am and the RV was parked directly in front of a monitored security camera. Although the local manager and other employees have been responsive, the owners have been less than helpful. I have been trying to get the company to respond to my request for compensation for over a month and a half. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue amicably, the company's response is to be completely unresponsive. Businesses will without a doubt run into disputes with their customers. It's how they choose to respond that sets apart a good business from a bad one. Choosing to completely ignore a customer that has experienced a significant negative issue shows which that this company is the latter. Stay away. ... Read more

I have had this storage for a little over a year. Great process for the size of buildings. They offer many different sizes for all needs. They have climate control and uncontrolled. The uncontrolled does obviously change with the weather. It gets super hit in the summer. So so in the winter. They recently had rat issues so some things got ruined. Not happy about that but it is a storage building and I know they cant control everything. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at IncaAztec Self Storage - 410 58th Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 18 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by IncaAztec Self Storage - 410 58th Street start from $15 and can go up to $150 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
