Read some helpful reviews of KO Storage at 5402 Valley Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Had two units and at first I only had the one. Missy was very helpful from the start. But did everything online and ended up getting the other facility and spoke with Missy and she fixed it and got me in the one I thought I had booked online. I had issues with my gate code and she got it fixed in seconds. I loved that she is local and you could deal with her and not someone behind a desk in another state. She noticed I left my unit open and called me right away. Thank you Missy for being an awesome, wonderful and pleasant person. ... Read more

It was quick and easy but I think they should do away with the admin fees. That’s the only thing that stands between them and their competitors. Honestly if there were options in this town I probably would have gone with the company that charges the least amount. But other than that it was just fine. Customer service support was very knowledgeable and she did her job well and quickly. ... Read more

We have been working with Missy at this location for several years now, and have never had anything but a positive, pleasant , and friendly experience with her. She’s quick to notify us if any issues arise, and reaches a resolution seamlessly. The customer service she provides is top notch and to be honest one of the main reasons we opt to keep our unit at this location! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at KO Storage - 5402 Valley Road include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 45 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by KO Storage - 5402 Valley Road start from $64 and can go up to $159 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
