Read some helpful reviews of 151 Self Storage at 2910 Terra Court, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I'm the owner of this facility. My policy is to hold a rate for at least one year. Mr Pearsons rate was increased about the time of his review. The rate prior to that had been in force for 20 months, the rate before that had been in place for 24 months. I'm not sure where the confusion came from. I try to be very available by phone, text, or email if anyone has a question or problem. ... Read more

These guys are very professional, polite, and accessible. We rented three different storage units of various sizes and they were all very clean units. We had one climate control unit that was nice to store delicate items. I felt a peace of mind that our belongings were safe and wouldn’t have any sort of damage due to weather, critters, or burglaries. Their front gate is highly secure and easy to use, and because there is surveillance, it’s an added measure of confidence that our belongings were well protected. I highly recommend this business for anyone to use. We did a lot of research on pricing in the area before choosing this one, and 151 Self-Storage is well priced for everything it offers. ... Kevin was extremely helpful to my unique timeline. Very quick with communication and assistance. My Storage unit (35ft long) was clean/swept before my move-in and easy access for the moving company. The door required some jiggling to open but it never failed to open for me. I would 100% use 151 Storage again and recommend to friends. ... Read more

I have seen my fair share of storage units in my lifetime and 151 Storage is by far one of the best! Kevin is extremely responsive, professional, friendly, and accommodating! I rented one unit from him so that we could renovate our home to get it ready to sell. That unit was very clean and dry - no issues whatsoever! Once we sold our home (a year later!), we had a time gap between closing dates on our old home and our new home and I found myself in a real tough spot! I called Kevin and he was able to get me a second unit within a few days. He was so fast to respond to my questions and concerns. Unlike many other facilities, he only required a two week notice and was very flexible! When we were able to get all of our belongings out sooner than anticipated, he even adjusted the rent for us. Kevin takes very good care of his customers and is very fair! I would definitely rent from him again and was happy to find out he has units in Verona as well! (Closer to our new home!) ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 151 Self Storage - 2910 Terra Court include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Security Camera, Unstaffed Location and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 350 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by 151 Self Storage - 2910 Terra Court start from $75 and can go up to $200 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
