Very easy to work with. Reasonable prices. Security is spot on. There was a day the car was taken out to be used for an appointment, and I got a call informing me that during their security check they noticed there wasn’t a lock on the door. I knew about the appointment so I wasn’t worried, but they did what they needed to do, which was very greatful! Thank you!! Giving notice was super easy, I was able to do everything by text. Received down payment in full right away!! I would rent from Anderson Mini Storage for future needs! ... Read more

I am very happy with the owners. They understand that life happens and are always willing to send a text if you might have missed the due date lol. You don't get that kind of personal service these days and I would recommend anyone that needs storage to come here. ... Read more

Paid $40 security deposit and was only given $25 back. Unit was empty on time, and there was no reason whatsoever that I shouldn't have gotten my full amount. I even called them on the 1st to let them know it was completely empty! No explanation, just a thank you card over 3 weeks later lol (I'm guessing for the free $15). Called multiple times and no answer (not first time I've tried to contact). Would love to get what I paid or at least a legitimate explanation, but until then 1 star! Well I was thinking I would take this review down, but since you want to lie and try to make yourself look better thats not happening. It was communicated clearly months before when I was to move out. You knew I was moving out and the unit was COMPLETELY empty by the 1st. I did the courtesy of giving you guys a call on the 1st to let you know that I was in fact out and that your new renter, that you had lined up already, could move in. It is quite shameful and sad that you cannot take accountability over $15. You DID NOT communicate this over the phone with me. You ignored me every time I called, and I was calling your cell number which you claim is available anytime. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Anderson Mini Storage - 2524 Harrison Street include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Security Camera, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Enclosed, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
