The rents are reasonable. People are nice great response and everything. Unlike the last Storage I just left the rent went from one fee to another fee to another then price me out. That’s why I’m here. Great people. ... Read more

Just rented a vehicle space and it’s clean and the parking spaces are roomy. I called to set up the rental and talked with Michelle who was super nice. I told her I could be moving my vehicle out of storage at any time (not sure when) and she gave me a tip on how to do that. She was very friendly and helpful and I’d recommend this place to anyone. ... Read more

Horrible people that work here. They will lie to you over the phone and then deny it. We have a contract that clearly stated our termination date and they tried to tell me that the date of termination on the contract means nothing and wanted me to pay an extra month. I was told I did not need to give a 30day notice since the spot I was in will not be eligible for rental after my term ends but yet wanted me to pay for the month it's not eligible. And suddenly the eligibility date changed lol. By the way none of them knew the actual date the spot wouldn't be available I guess because they all told me different dates. Now we have a contract stating the last day I will be renting with them AND I sent them an email explaining I will follow the contract and no longer rent from them on that date. And yet they still sent me another email saying I have to sign some paper that is not attached or viewable it's just a link to an electronic signature page. Wow. They most likely are trying to steal money from me. Also the lady yells at me on the phone and has the nerve to tell me to change my tone when they are trying to scam me for more money. ?? be careful with these people they are liars and scamers. Notice they will mark BOTH the month to month option AND set a start date and end date on the contract. Dirty dirty dirty. Also our vehicle was towed from its spot and the rediculous guy who owns this place calls me yelling saying "we don't know who you are" like wow what an imbecil lol. They have my name, plates, and everything on file. They give no notice that your vehicle is about to be towed. No call, no email, no letter by mail even. Not surprised the whole place is run by a guy with the last name HITLER. *your reply was a whole entire lie. Not a single sentence you said was true. And I did get yelled at thats why every woman I spoke to there said "I heard a part of the conversation" because they heard you people yelling at me. The part they heard was you yelling and mad. I gave you plenty of opportunities to admit your faults and your mistakes and you refuse even now you continue with false claims. The public deserves to know so they don't get scammed. My contract had one spot number and I was told to park somewhere else because there was some mistake on their end. I was not contacted even once about being in the wrong spot. I know it's hard to admit when you are wrong but just stop lying it's rediculous. And im aware it's mostly women that work there. Women love scamming women I guess. I have the contract and emails to prove everything I'm saying. I'm sure you don't unless you cook some up just for this. I wouldn't put it beneath you. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Menomonee Falls Storage - W135 N8949 Hwy 145 include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Kiosk Available, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
