Read some helpful reviews of Storage Hub at 1901 Verlin Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Signed up online because it seemed simple. Unfortunately was not the case for me. I was initially charged twice( one was refunded already) and then I was given a storage unit that was already occupied so I paid for a day for not being able to use it. Was given incorrect information when I called in the first time, the second time the person assisted and just transferred me to another unit but was not offered anything for the day I paid for and was unable to use my unit. Needless to say my initial experience is not the best but hoping for smoother going forward. ... Read more

Terrible customer service. I moved out in October. They kept billing me for 3 months. When I noticed the error on my statement they refused to refund! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Even after a BBB and DATCP complaint still nothing! I have to take them to court to get my money back, such BS! Stay away from this place. ... Read more

Just so everyone is made aware, they charge a "move in" fee AND they require you to have insurance. Their prices are reasonable, until you factor in the hidden costs that are not mentioned anywhere on their website. Very shady if you ask me. I prefer to stay away from shady companies. When I called to ask questions, the guy who answered my call couldn't even answer my questions and he didn't even live in green bay. If you have a problem, good luck getting prompt assistance. ... The ease of ordering a unit online was super convenient. We were able to pick the size we needed and got a map and fage code sent immediately. Everything was accurately laid out as far as pricing and direction. The unit is very clean and close to home. I would recommend Storage Hub! ... Read more

Super easy to reserve a storage unit online. The unit was ready immediately when I finished the online process. The unit I rented was extremely clean. The only thing I did not like was The road entering into where the units are was not paved, everything was a gravel road to get to the unit, but I would definitely recommend Storage Hub to others. ... STAY AWAY!! NEW OWNERS!!!! I rented from Storage Hub (uhaul) for years. Auto paid every month. Zero issues. New owners come in, and everything changed. They put insurance on my unit that I didn't want. Canceled auto pay and didn't tell anyone. Before I even knew my auto pay didn't go through, I had a late payment added and red lock on my unit. I have already switched to a different storage company. ... Read more

Great place, have unit on automatic withdrawal from my account. Without notice automatic withdrawal taken out later date and received late notice. Called customer service and they said it was under new management. I wasn't notified of new management. Now automatic withdrawal stopped without notice and fees added in to unit without notice as well. Need better communication. ... Read more

I have been a customer of Storage Hub since 12-15-2015. It was an excellent experience. I have downsized some possessions and no longer need the extra space so I am vacating. The property was always clean, well illuminated, security cameras on property, rent payment drop box on premises, plowed in the winter and Curtis was always available via telephone if I had any questions. Renting a space from Storage Hub would be strongly advised in my opinion. ... Read more

Very good customer service. Had a mishap that the unit I rented hadn't been cleaned out prior to me moving in, called storage hub and the issue was resolved in less than a hour. I have 2 units rented and they are both very clean and in extremely good condition. I highly recommend them ... Read more

Excellent service and many locations. Also well lit between building. I was in the newer limekiln units. 2 full buildings were put up while I was there! And units filled quickly. I was a little nervous about my truck getting a flat in the gravel as some construction sites could have loose nails and such. Very clean site. Would definitely recommend! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Hub - 1901 Verlin Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Unstaffed Location and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
