I am not a tenant at this location. I am the customer of one of the shops that is located in Prime Storage on Steele St. I walked to use a bathroom today and there is a very strong paint smell in the hallway. I saw that there is a body shop right next to the bathroom. I did not see any paint booth or proper ventilation inside. I am pretty sure that its illegal to paint any car and release all fume back to the outside air. My friend used their men bathroom and he said its very dirty and there is human feces on the bathroom door. I talked to the owner of the business and he said that the rent is not cheap and they charge him common area cleaning fees every month. I feel bad for the owner so I decide to rate 1 star. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Prime Storage (WA04) - 11105 Steele Street South include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Parking, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 80 to 640 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Prime Storage (WA04) - 11105 Steele Street South start from $130 and can go up to $1,550 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
