This is a great place to store items. Very secure. It is accessible. There's soon going to be a gas station next door but Steve the manager/owner I'm not really sure if he is. The owner is just a wonderful dude. He makes the place worth renting to because he communicates and is there when you need him and very approachable? ... Read more

It's a great storage facility all kinds of different sizes available. Staff is very friendly. Conveniently located next to yoke's on North Foothills. They have multiple entrances. The gates do close at 9:00 so you're not able to get in past 9:00 p.m. but if you're there inside and it's after 9:00 it'll at least let you out later than 9:00. No smoking in the facility that would be a $50 fine. But overall nice place they also have temperature control storage units. And they even have a wash bay for RVs that's gigantic and it's extremely inexpensive. I mean like a $1.50 for 5 minutes of the wash it's a really good deal. Fully gated compound so everything is safe ... Read more

I rented two units at Foothills Mini Storage for a couple of months to store household belongings when transitioning into a new home. It was a terrific experience. The units were spacious and clean with roomy doors to provide access for big items. The facility is super secure with anytime easy, coded access. The units stayed cool in the heat of summer. Foothills even provides carts and hand trucks to help with loading/unloading. Foothills manager, Steve, is all about customer service - knowledgeable and friendly. ... Read more

I've had several different storage units over the years. I have to say this was my most positive experience ever! Clean, secure, competitive pricing, well-maintained. The proof this is the best storage facility is how rarely they have a unit available. Once you work with Steve and this facility, you don't want to go anywhere else! Best facility, best contract, best manager! More than 5 stars!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Foothills Express - 2615 North Cincinnati Street include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
