Great experience all around. They didn't raise my monthly rates during my time with Veradale Self Storage, and the rate was reasonable. I didn't get spammed with text or emails from them. I canceled because I got rid of all my stuff and they made that process easy and painless. Customer Service was top notch. ... Read more

If you need storage, this is your place. Prices are right, facilities are clean, safe and with plenty of option. Mostly, this is one of the good, local companies, that is well worth giving your trust and business to. ... Read more

In the beginning, I thought I was dealing with Veradale directly. However, that was not the case it was a 3rd party that I had to speak with & I didn't like that. Only because I have experienced 3rd party communications & most of all the time it does not run smoothly. 3rd parties for me aren't always accurate to my knowledge. I know several reasons why companies use them BUT I don't think it's effective because like myself I have to repeat the process twice. That is not something I like doing. Otherwise, Veradale Storage made my storage experience run smoothly. Especially since I was communicating via phone prior from another State. Although we only had this storage for a small amount of time the lady that was mainly at the office (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) she was really helpful, kind & communicative. I highly recommend this location plus it was nice the storage we had was a drive up ?? Thank you Veradale Storage & Stay safe ?? ... Read more

This place is awesome! They gave me rates over the phone and told me about all the specials. They were always friendly and remembered me when I came in each month to pay. It was very secure, it was nice that it wasn't open 24 hrs but still open late. ... Read more

Storage units available at Veradale Self Storage - 16714 East Sprague Avenue include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Enclosed, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Veradale Self Storage - 16714 East Sprague Avenue start from $58 and can go up to $249 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
