Rudest Manager Ever ! Signed all the paperwork for a 10 x 15 unit. Wanted a copy of the units map as to where my unit was , so to give it to my son for after office hours. He couldnt give me a reason as to his refusal. Customer service, is not in this Managers vocabulary. With such negative vibes, I cancelled my contract. Got my money back and drove on down the road. Theyre afvertising 1/2 off first months rent as a leader to get you in there. Dont waste your time, drive on by this storsge unit company.... SMH Not vey accomidating with attitude. 1 ? ... Read more

If I could give this 0 stars, I would!! This premises is covered in rodents! When we discovered our unit was infested, we immediately took out our contents. Within 5 minutes of leaving the unit, the manager called us threatening to bill us $300 for clean up of the feces and we hadn't even checked out yet! When I explained we haven't completed our move out, he called back and apologized for illegally entering our unit as we were paid as usual. We explained the infestation and he said he knew about it, but rented it anyway and we needed to take it up with the owners. When asked for the owners contact information, he said he couldn't give that out. As I researched and found that the Guthrie's owned it, he still would not give us contact information. I went in to the office to check out and the manager literally ripped the door out of my hand throwing me toward the door and threatened to call the police, not allowing us to check out. If you store here, check your items!!! We lost about $3000 in items we had to throw away. To date, owners still have not contacted us nor allowed us to check out of the unit. We have always paid on time and are paid to date. BEWARE!! ... Read more

Owners of skyview storage: I have have a storage building at your 32nd location. For almost a year now. I've never had anything negative to say about business with you. After receiving a letter stating that I was late. I called Friday May the 12th 2017. I explained to the gentlemen that my work schedule would not let me get down there , but I need to talk to someone about getting caught up on my storage. He informed me that it was $200 even that was what was owed. And after figuring out myself that was three months plus late charges. As I walk into your business on Monday May 15th 2017 afternoon after working to Provide for my three children as a single mother, I was rudely informed by your employee. I Had to pay $200 bucks and told that my stuff was sold ? Not only was it devastating to me just knowing it was sold out under my feet without even email. (which is always been your last resort to contact me) I never received but 1 letter from your business ! The gentleman had always email me and that was kind and I respect him for that because I believe that he is lost on what's going on with the facility there. Plus there were more names given if needed to get a hold of of me when signed at the beginning. All I asked was my personal business information & Family photos to be given back. I proceeded to tell the gentlemen that I would pay what was owed after you purposely sold my things. He informed me in front of my children That it was gone there was nothing else he could do that I would have to wait until Wednesday, May 17 2017 . How is it possible that you can sell it on Monday. But we couldn't finish out the personal business till Wednesday? And isn't it against the law to be selling someone Social Security Numbers and any medical information that was stored plus asthma medications in under somebody else's name. He told me there was nothing else he can do about that. I'm asking you to retain my things personal photos and personal Social Security number and all medical information that was retained out of that building. I'm still in good standings with you. I would like to pay my bill & retain all my business from your storage.? I would gladly remove all of the things and pay you in full and be done with our business that way . Here are 4 different numbers you can get a hold of me. My job information and phone number & my address. I would like to take care of this properly by the end of Friday May 15th. I'm strongly disappointed of Skyview How the situation has turned out. I hope without further delay we can resolute these problems and go our separate ways. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Skyview Storage - 13411 East 32nd Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 560 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Skyview Storage - 13411 East 32nd Avenue start from $46 and can go up to $285 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
