Read some helpful reviews of Liberty Lake Mini Storage at 19303 East Broadway Avenue, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Not a bad storage place. Privately owned and operated so your money is staying local rather than contributing to profit margins for some CEO on the East Coast. The owners are very nice and even went the extra mile to fix a snafu that caused a major problem for me. Property is nice and pretty secure. Other places I've used play a game where they keep raising the rent till it's not worth the price anymore. These guys don't do that. Prices stay pretty level. The location is a little hard to get to but its worth the trouble to find. The office hours are weird but they make themselves available by phone for emergencies if you know where to look for the info. The yard hours are reasonable. In the end, I'd recommend them to family. ... Read more

It was great when I first rented 3 years ago but gone down hill since. No one is in office on weekend and seems even rare on weekdays In the last yesr another unit had a mice issue I was affected and then unit broken into. Owners are not offering any compensation...didn't warn prior bc it happened to other units. Could barely get to my unit bc blocked by at least two trailers...I moved out with a uhaul and very hard to maneuver in and out. Response...i moved out last may and gave him notice. He kept billing me and never responded to msgs so now it shows up on credit report... ... Read more

I reserved my space online; went into the office to complete transaction; couldn't be easier. The spaces are brand new, spotless; and the grounds couldn't be cleaner. The manager is very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. ... Read more

My experience with the lady that helped me was absolutely fantastic. I felt like I knew her for years. She was easy to talk to and we laughed and had a great conversation while she was doing my paperwork. She was very kind and professional and knew exactly what she was doing. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needed a storage unit. The units were very clean and so was the entire place. I could tell Diane worked very hard and enjoyed her job very much. Thanks so very much! Jeanette Wilson. ... Read more

So far pretty great experience here. They are very friendly they have great prices, they don't force you to but a certain lock. I would say the only downfall is that they are only open til 7pm to come in or out of your storage unit but the plus side to that is that they are open 7 days a week and even on holidays. One other downside is that you have to get renters Insurance, which on one hand i guess it's pretty good just Incase there's water damage, mice etc... But if you only need it short for a short time it's kind of an unnecessary expense. ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Liberty Lake Mini Storage - 19303 East Broadway Avenue start from $29 and can go up to $259 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
