Read some helpful reviews of Shoreline Storage at 17828 Midvale Avenue North, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I rented there about a month ago and did so after reading some pretty bad reviews mixed with some good reviews as well. I went in and planned on making my decision depending on the person working the front desk because alot of the negative reviews were directed at the employees working the front desk. The person that I dealt with was VERY pleasant and accommodating and it was overall a good experience. So as of right now,I give them 4 stars only because the answering service that takes calls for them is not a good one. Both times I called I was greeted with an attitude. The one lady was soo rude, she acted like it was putting her out to take a message!! I mean you would have thought I asked her to move heaven & earth. You could hear the disdain in her every move on the other end of line. All she had to do was take down a message!! ... Read more

This place has good units but the service is horrible. The people that work there look like they were forced to do it and they act like it too. I've had a unit there for two years and I currently have it. Phone calls are usually unpleasant and they act like they own the Earth and you are a burden to them. when you go in and tell them about your experience they say, oh that was probably (insert name). So question, if you know who the a****** is then why do you let them be the person at the front desk and the face of your company? I also meant to mention that most of the time when I drive up that stupid will be back sign is up with the time that they are supposed to there. Think they're back on time? ... Read more

I just rented a unit from these guys. Both, Jim and Max, were the kindest, most knowledgeable, and patient people. They walked me through the process and made me feel super comfortable. I am definitely going to be recommending these guys to my friends and family. ... Read more

On the surface all self storage facilities might seem the same. Maybe price differentiates some properties, but Storage Court in Shoreline is different. I am glad I met the staff. Stellar people. Many lovely conversations and smiles always. I would quickly recommend Storage Court to anyone that wasn't a jerk. Thank you Jim, Crissy and Rose! ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 30 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Shoreline Storage - 17828 Midvale Avenue North start from $72 and can go up to $377 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
