This facility was so confusing to deal with at first the second my partner & I parked our car. If it wasn’t for the property manager working that day, I don’t think we would have been able to find or get to our storage unit. Ryan has been so informative, personable, helpful, understanding, & all the more, professional. This is a smaller property compared to most I’ve seen, and a much older one than others in the Seattle area, but 10/10 would recommend storing here. The management goes above & beyond, and has shown themselves to be very resourceful!! Ryan, you’re amazing! ... Read more

Increased their rates twice without notice, once from $90 per month to $140 and then again from $140 to $171. The first time, they explained that they had sent a notice (not true) and then apologized that I didn't see it. The second time, still no notice that there would be a rate increase. This was over the course of 1 year, which is kind of ridiculous (a near 2x increase). I have a 5x10 unit, for what it's worth. What a shady business model, not letting customers know the prices would be going up significantly, as one cannot easily "cancel" a storage unit given the effort needed to move belongings. You only find out on your next bill that you need to pay more. Next I get a chance, I will be moving to another company. They get two stars because the facility itself is fine. If you can afford the cost increases, you may be content here. ... Read more

One of the best experiences I've had with any company ever. Tom, who I think is the manager, is spectacular. He called when I hadn't started putting stuff in my storage unit after renting. He met me to show me where my unit was, how to use the app and how to lock my storage space. When I accidentally didn't lock my unit right he called and let me know. I'm happily surprised about my experience with Public Storage and encourage anyone who is considering storage here to go for it. The space is clean, easy to access and well kept up. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 3000 15th Avenue West include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 3000 15th Avenue West start from $52 and can go up to $623 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
