Trevor O. - 9 February 2026
My review is specific to Public Storage representative Mike, who has provided great customer service. Mike is on-site, walking the facility and keeping an eye out for security risks. He informed us of an issue with our unit so that we were able to correct the problem and secure the unit. This is a very important and welcome service to us. Than you very much Mike. It is reassuring that you are present to oversee the facility and help customers. ... Read more

My unit was robbed twice loosing over $500,000- Insurance only covers if it’s a forced but the lock was picked. Moved units but they would not return money on the unit I left. NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STORE ANYTHING OF VALUE. The company stole money from me not returning the money for the unit I left but paid for. Not even 1 star ~ Pathetic Place. 1st time in my life I’ve ever said anything negative publicly. I had 2 post a star to post a comment but it’s NOT EVEN A STAR. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 2811 NW Market Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 9 to 110 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 2811 NW Market Street start from $40 and can go up to $186 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
