I can not have hoped for a better experience. Pashence helped me every step of the way getting set up and accommodating my “emergency”. I moved all the way from Texas and it would’ve ended up being a nightmare without here. Very happy with her and the company for all the help! ... Read more

Great customer service and security at this Ballard location. Access codes are required to enter the building and use the elevator. You can only access the building from 7am-7pm which means that employees are able to help with any problems and keep things secure. ... Read more

Not only is the facility secure, clean and easy to use, the customer service in this place is beyond impressive. I met Pashance, the store manager, on my first visit. A few days later, I went in to ask a question and I was blown away by the fact that she called me by my name as I entered the lobby. Patiently answered my additional questions and beyond accommodating with my schedule and needs. Highly recommend this storage facility. ... Read more

Our very first time renting a storage unit and Puck could not have made the experience any easier! Puck was friendly, helpful, and patient with us — explaining everything we needed to know and answering questions we wouldn't have known to ask. Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Extra Space Storage - 1115 NW 46th Street include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Extra Space Storage - 1115 NW 46th Street start from $57 and can go up to $548 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
