My review pertains to Mark specifically. Mark has been OUTSTANDING to work with. I've had two storage units there for 8 yrs., and Mark has ALWAYS been responsive, supportive, and personally helped me with any question or concerns. He's aways available and picks up his phone calls. He's a nice guy who genuinely cares about his customers. Ask for Mark! ... Read more

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Mark! From start to finish, Mark was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such attentive and courteous service these days, and Mark truly went above and beyond. If you need storage and want peace of mind, this location—and Mark in particular—is the best choice! ... Read more

We had a 10x20x10 outdoor storage unit here for about 18 months. Be aware that the introductory pricing will go up after about 6 months, then again at 12 months. We started at $185/month and ended at $375/month. The unit was fairly clean, but there were rodent droppings evident when we moved out. But that's probably the case for most ground level outdoor units such as this. They also have indoor storage available. ... Read more

We have just rented a storage unit here after dozens of other units and I can proudly say this is my family’s absolute favorite. We originally went for a 10 by 10 and felt it was a little small for us and Mark helped us change our unit to a 10 by 15 without any trouble. I wish we had more employees like Mark who seem to actually love to help people. Great customer service, and clean. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 23025 NE 8th Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 23025 NE 8th Street start from $58 and can go up to $572 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
