Owner is horrible the other lady is horrible. Sue is amazing. Called to make payment owner started to laugh because he mentioned I was a day behind and had to pay more. The other lady is just rude, and don’t have customer service skills. Finally moved storage locations and the owner called and wanted to make it work with them. I’ll never go back to that location. ... Read more

Staff were always polite and helpful don't have a bad word to say about them and their facilities! They always kept them clean and always secure with onsite 24/7 staff to watch over the place I felt secure with them as my storage unit at another supposed secure place was completely robbed of my tools, equipment, family heirlooms my safe with collectibles such as 1000s if stamps that id collected my deceased father's coin collection which was massive because he was a slot mechanic and had collected 1000s of coins from all over the world, signed sports memorabilia, as well as some antique firearms of my father's and this place was supposed to be extremely secure you had to have codes to get into the facility and to get on the elevator! You couldn't just walk up the stairs the only way to my unit was by elevator! They had cameras but couldn't provide footage for me!?? Sounded fishy so it was hard for me to trust any storage facility until I care here! Highly recommend them to everyone! By the way the other storage place was public storage and they still haven't rectified the whole theft of my unit I wouldn't recommend public storage to anyone they're the worst ... Read more

When i lived at the rv space off Martin way, it was nice, management was great little expensive for the bare minimum, and the washer dryer facilities seemed to never work, took them over a two years to put in better breaker panels, 10 rvs On one breaker panel sitting in the sun made it hell trying to run an ac in 97 degree weather but, all in all good place they also have storage unit on the property you can rent as well. ... This is this best storage company I have ever used. The owner is so very nice . He does not raise the price of the storage unit ever. What you started out paying is what you will always pay. Every other storage always raises your price up and up and up. He will always work things out with you, all you need to do is talk to him. I really appreciate them so much. Get your storage here you will never regret it. ... Read more

I have been with these guys some years now and their service is awesome. Office personnel is always friendly and willing to help with whatever the question. They understand life is tough at times and they are not dead set on selling your stuff. They care about their customers and their belongings. I especially love Sue. She has been the office face for many years and still helps out few times a week. The new girl is doing great also. Thank you guys for making a stressful situation easier to handle. The units are always kept up on maintenance and security is monitored and any possible issues are dealt with right away. You wont go wrong in choosing Storageland for your storage needs. Numerous sizes available and the pricing is right. Call them first and you wont have to call any where else. I am so glad I decided to go to them instead of the other places I called. Thank you guys. ... Read more

I chose the Olympia Storageland location because it was a little closer to home and a little cheaper than the newer storage facilities. The office hours are limited, but that has not been an issue for me, as I don't like to drive in the dark any more anyway. The access is not easy to handtruck; if I had more stuff I'd want a different unit. The unit I got was perfect for my needs, with a previous tenant's shelving left in place and it works for me. Like everybody else, I planned to deal with my stuff in storage in a year, but here I am into my third year since I closed my office. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storageland - 527 Pattison Street SE include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, First Floor Access and Multi-Level Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storageland - 527 Pattison Street SE start from $45 and can go up to $275 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
