PSA: anyone who has a storage unit with this company BEWARE!!! My fathers unit was broken into and the owners literally did everything in their power to make my dads life difficult. He was there one day. The next he came back and his unit was ransacked. They blamed my dad. No one else has a key to his unit except him. Sentimental items from my grandparents that are dead.. antiques worth $100s, precious items that can never be replaced, cash, social security numbers, checks, etc. Not only did this company not work with my dad after the incident but they consistently worked AGAINST HIM! Literally basically said you’re screwed. He is now having to go to court to prove his identity and that the checks written were not him. The thief's are continuing to haunt my dad and unfortunately I have to say that this business is just as at fault in my mind. ... Read more

Very clean. Very organized. And very helpful when needed. A plus for being there for assistance. They have been good to work with and reasonable rates is what I’m told. I helped my aunt and uncle get some things out and rearrange to make some more room. ... Read more

The manager is extremely helpful and kind. He goes out of his way to get you in a good spot depending on what you're storing and makes sure you're happy with everything. Even drove me and my 2yr old around in a cart to look at different sizes and shapes of storage units so I could SEE what he was saying as to different rates. Made a huge difference in what I rented. I also felt very welcome which doesn't usually happen in a storage place, he was very polite. ... Read more

The people in the office are always so nice, and the owner is amazing. I backed into a shed, busted up some paneling and broke a fire extinguisher box and all he had me do was replace the box. He fixed everything, but that was all he made me pay for. On top of that the pricing was good, I paid $120 for a 10x18, the place before there I paid $90 for a 10x10. The only thing I don't like is that you can only access it from 6am-11pm. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at B-R Mini-Storage - 615 7th Avenue include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 480 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by B-R Mini-Storage - 615 7th Avenue start from $70 and can go up to $225 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
