    I have had a 10x10 for a few years starting at $120 monthly, it has gone up to over $300 this year. I found several others in In the area with much lower costs, when I went to get my belongings from my unit I found several mouse droppings on my furniture and in the drawers, you could smell a strong urine odor coming from one of the units next to mine, the roof is open like cubic holes so idk if someone brought their belongings with mice in them and that's where it came from. Anyway, WAY OVER PRICED. I moved to a different storage company with insulated ceiling for my own unit, so no open area shared with others plus it's bigger and it is less than $100 monthly.     From the months before I officially moved into my unit, Mike was extremely helpful from afar. He assisted me in choosing the right size unit and move-in date for my cross-country move, plus he kept me informed about discounts and moving truck access. Move-in day was a breeze and the hand carts and gate access/parking super simple. This meant I paid less hours in the moving crew. Units are spotless, halls well-lit, and access is secure. The units are climate-controlled, something that was promised at my previous storage but definitely did not happen evidenced by soggy and stained boxes when I moved out of it.     College Point Storage makes it very easy to get into a unit. From the time you make a reservation online to the time you move in. This is my 2nd time renting a unit from this location.     I really value College Pt. Storage in Lacey, WA. It's exceptionally clean and I always feel my belongings are well protected and dry. I also feel very safe there. I like that the elevators are coded to only open on your floor, and there are cameras and a speaker box so that if there were an issue, you could readily contact the office. The covered parking is such a plus, especially on rainy days or super hot days. There are always handy carts to help load/unload. All the way around, it's really a good storage place. I especially want to say that MIKE was so extremely helpful and kind. I want to downsize my current unit to a smaller one. So, I needed to get a smaller one started. Mike was so helpful--he found one very close the my currently larger unit, so that the transition to the smaller unit will be easier. He made the process simple and easy.     They get you to move in with a a low price, but consistently raise the rent. Mine doubled in 12 months and become some of the most expensive rent in the area. Contract is heavily tilted against the customer. They only give you 30 days notice when they’re raising the rent, but require 30 days notice to move out, basically meaning that unless you make a decision within 24 hours you are stuck paying higher rent for at least a month. It took me two weeks to figure out what I want to do, so now I’m stuck paying rent on an empty unit, which I assume they will rent to somebody else in those 30 days.     I really value College Pt. Storage in Lacey, WA. It's exceptionally clean and I always feel my belongings are well protected and dry. I really like the covered parking for loading/unloading; the elevators & the carts. I especially want to say that STARR, the Manager there, is EXCELLENT! I have been using this storage for several years and she has been the best Manager. She is helpful, professional, and courtesy. When I needed an extra unit, on very short notice, she worked hard to find one close to the one I already had. When I was ready to downsize my large unit to a smaller one, she was able to help me find one close by, for an easy transfer of my things. I had paid several months in advance on the large one, and she was able to transfer those payments to the smaller unit. She made the entire process smooth and simple.
