Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 23010 Highway 99, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM OFFERS!!!! I agreed to buy because the person on the phone said $41 a month for a SMALL unit had no expiration date (it wasn’t just a “first 3 months” deal like I suspected and hence why I called to clarify), the lady on the phone said it would not substantially change in price. I actually spoke with someone even HIGHER UP in the company after this to make sure the deal wasn’t too good to be true, and they said the same thing. . Alas it’s been about 3 months, and they just sent me a notice saying my rent is now $71. I looked up the legality of this, and the laws in WA are super lax on storage unit rent hikes so this is technically allowed. I will NEVER do business with such a shady, sleazy company ever again! ... Read more

everything was fine until their elevator broke. it's been broken for at least 3 weeks, and my unit is on the second floor and not accessible without the elevator, so basically they have my stuff and I can't get to it but still have to keep paying rent. it feels like my stuff is being held hostage at this point ?? ... Single struggling pregnant mom with two toddlers and no help. This place needs me to clear all 3 units out by today and I have no help at 27 weeks pregnant. Time to push myself thanks to this place. Discriminating place against single struggling pregnant moms with kids. Don’t rent here. Lena is a superstar representative at this location! Called and welcomed my kiddos and I to our new storage unit rental, was very helpful, understanding and professional! As a single mom (lost my husband 2 years ago unexpectedly) with two toddlers moving alone with no help, Lena was very respectful and accommodating! Made sure we were okay with everything their facility had to offer as well as let us know to reach back out if we needed anything else. I began renting this month (January) at this public storage location due to an unfortunate move out situation of our apartment. But this place is definitely a good choice to move mine and my kiddos things into! Absolutely one of the cleanest places I have ever rented a storage unit at. I feel fancy using the app to open the gate! Definitely cool feature and makes it super easy to come in and out. Lots of light as well and secure location. I always feel safe going there even when it’s dark outside. Thank you for taking care of our needs and belongings! As well hiring amazing representatives like Lena, who make you feel welcome, respected, valued and appreciated as a client. Will definitely recommend this place to all my colleagues, friends and acquaintances who are looking for a good storage unit. -Darya Hrudzko ... Read more

I have told these individuals so many times to STOP calling me regarding someone elses account, and they have refused to the point of me being very direct and to the point. The lady got rude telling me block the number after I told her Ive had this conversation over 5 times already. She told me That account holder needed to call her and update them. I told her I shouldn't have to block the number its MY Phone number and they're calling the WRONG number and she hung up on me. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 23010 Highway 99 include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 23010 Highway 99 start from $32 and can go up to $337 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
