I've been with this place for about 2months and i got a text from the manager the other day saying i had to move my stuff out and that i have 2 weeks to do this. So i called the manager to see what her reasons were and all she said to me is I talked to you and your boyfriend about this several times and honestly I talked to this women maybe 1 time and it wasn't about moving my stuff out so all this caught me be surprise so think twice before you decide to put your things at this storage place unless they get new management. ... We stored our stuff in a small unit. Within a month several items had started developing mold. When I talked to the on-site manager he opened a few empty units in the sane building. There was visible condensation on the walls. He didn’t seem to think that was a big deal. It might have only been the one building but we pulled all of our things and we won’t be back. ... Read more

You would get a better review if you fixed the light outside my unit that has been out for months now. Or don't fix it and lower my price down to 100$ which is more than fair for a 10x10 unit , not 150$ like it is now. I'm usually not one to complain but a lot of mony for a dark unit entryway that not one of your security cameras point at.....concrete has a lot of thieves, cameras help victims to get stolen items back. ... Been with them 10 years and not had a problem. The only reason I'm giving them four stars is due to the fact that their prices seem a little high. But they have a right to charge what they charge and there aren't very many facilities in the area so that's just my opinion. Facilities are clean they're always there to help and I've never had a problem with them giving credit where due, or actually a lower rate where a charge was actually something that we did not need to be paying for. Overall I would say that this is the very best facility in the area. If there was a four-and-a-half I would be giving them a four and a half Stars ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 841 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Concrete Self Storage - 45080 Fir Street start from $85 and can go up to $450 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
