Read some helpful reviews of Burlington Storage at 111 South Norris Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

The staff failed to mention that they have unwritten rules they enforce. They told me I could not be at my unit for more than an hour, cannot be there consecutive days at a time, I cannot change into any other clothes. I need to go to my storage unit daily. That is where I keep my tools and clothes for my small business. They also locked me out of the storage unit facility for a week! While I was paid up. I finally was able to come in during early morning hours and could access my unit then. The manager told me she needed to give me a sheet of rules along with her many unlisted before she could let me into the facility. Crazy! They have terminated my lease with the reason being that I stayed until 9:20 p.m....(lost track of time) By staying, it does not disturb anyone whatsoever. There's no harm done. They stated they think I'm homeless. They are trying to find any reason to terminate my lease based on judgmental assumptions. Do NOT rent a unit here! Especially if you have to visit your unit on a regular basis. ... Read more

In the midst of an otherwise difficult day Heather was a ray of sunshine. Great service, fast, clearly communicated, and welcome recommendations that better suited our needs. Storage units are storage units but the service by the team on site is the difference. ... Read more

Heather is amazing at her job, super helpful, reassuring and goes above and beyond to provide what has been some of the best customer service I have ever had in Skagit. Everyone on the team is helpful, the prices are fair and everything went very smoothly. I was charged for an extra month because I forgot to cancel, Heather solved the problem quickly. There were no Uhauls? Two hours later I get a text and she’s found me one, plus gave me the free rental I had forgot to claim. If it’s business hours they are always there and happy to help! ... I have rented for 6 months. I have not been impressed. They only allow one name on unit. I lost my I'd so my friend used her I'd . it was set on auto pay. We canceled the card because other charges on it. I was away working . I tried to use different card . this I could not without filing new paperwork. I have to call every month to pay. If your late late charges . ok. The rents paid, 3 weeks later , they haven t activated my access numbers. It's Sunday. My rents been paid and I am still not able to enter my unit This is pretty frustrated. I recently learned that everyone get s to pick there own access number. I was not offered that option . They just assigned a number. That caused problems if I lost the card with access number. Not only because I couldn't remember but because the person name is in has to get the replacement . I think u should be able to put the names of both people that are sharing the unit. Only 1name on a unit. Both of the renters should have access . ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Burlington Storage - 111 South Norris Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
