Under new ownership. Was waiting to downsize my unit and the new owners were very accommodating and got me a smaller unit as requested right next to my current unit. The new unit was dirty but I didn’t mind sweeping it out myself. ... Read more

Great prices and they allow you to pay by the 10th each month. We just got all our stuff out of storage, but we used them for a long time and will go back here if we need a storage again in the future. ... Read more

I’ve been renting here for both my business and personal for years. Muffy and Dennis are always awesome and they’ve helped me as my business has grown and also through tougher times with covid nearly killing my biz. I appreciate this small business. ... Read more

Very easy to gain entry without access via the huge gaps under the fence all around the perimeter. Here you will find very poorly monitored, and out of date security cameras. Before you sign the contract that offers no guarantee that your belongings will be safe and secure ask to view their camera footage of all cameras from the week prior to your visit . Be sure to read carefully what you are then asked to sign. It's only two pages which will only take you a few minutes to read. Take a copy home with you and really think about the level of customer service and how convenient it will be for them if any damage or theft happens to the stuff that is valuable enough to you that you pay them to store for you. BE SURE THAT ANYTHING YOU STORE\ IN THERE IS NOT VALUED OVER $5000 BECAUSE IF IT IS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO IT. The staff is actually great though. If your a little late to get to the gate before it locks just honk or knock on the door and the onsite staff will let you out. If you don't honk or knock you will sit there until the sun comes up because the cameras are not monitored though. I like them because they have the best prices in town. ... Read more

The facility is well maintained, dry and reasonably priced. Staff is available 6 days a week and great to work with. Secure access through an electronic gate until 9pm. Automatic billing is secure and smooth. I feel lucky to have caught an available unit when I needed it. Bonus: These folks have donated to White River Community Scholarship every year for more than a decade. ... Read more

As a business owner I need flexible space. Working with this facility has been terrific. I have had multiple units based on projects and business volume and managers here have been very accommodating. Billing to availability have been spot on. There is a good reason that their facility is full most of the time. ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 120 to 240 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Foundation Self Storage - 28004 State Route 410 East start from $173 and can go up to $244 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
