    I’ve been using this storage site off and on for YEARS and one thing I can say is you truly feel like family as soon as you step through the door.     Absolutely zero the rudeness from a lady front desk also some man randomly knock on a unlock storage door knowing I'm in the unit looking my private area invading my privacy we were alone I feel very violated I want the higher up to inspect this place see why so much hatred I just moved in this storage no rule book was to giving day 3 I'm locked out all my clothes as a woman its unsanitary to be in same clothes for days. This the pain I'm going threw I lost my gpa last week and now trying to keep it together when that lady open the door with rage I'm in debrief after only 3days paying my money I'm instantly being treated inhumane. This goes against privacy act law and consumer Law the fair act. This is in fact discrimination and harassing.     My mother rented a unit at Mini U so I decided to take advantage of the one month free special. What made a world of difference was the free truck rental. That truly was an added bonus. Especially since this would be a very short term. Was greeted with warm friendly smiles when I walked through the door. Candace and Joe made me feel more like family than a customer. Joe took me to visit the exact unit I would be renting. Registration and paperwork was seamless. Candace thoroughly explained everything in detail.     Made a reservation on a Tuesday and sent insurance paperwork over for unit A2099.Initial gentleman was very polite, courteous, and professional. I came in on Wednesday and spoke with Candy who claims she's worked there for 16 years. She informed me that the price would change after a month or 3 months which prompted me to start asking questions. She became frustrated with my line of questioning in regards to the price change reiterating that it's a month to month lease and that the price is subject to change. I specifically asked how much it was going to change but she couldn't give me a definitive answer and stated that because I went through a third party I didn't get that information at the time of reservation. I asked if there was a regional office number I could get after we finish the move in process and she said there is no regional office number. After a brief pause she asked me if there was a reason I was asking for the contact information for, "regional" and I told her that it's because it wasn't mentioned to me that the price was going to change. She then stated that in 16 years she's never had to refuse service to a storage customer. I asked if she was considering refusing service to me and if she was I would need regional office number she then corrected me saying, "It's corporate not regional!". She was acting unprofessionally and stated that she would get corporate on the phone. She waited on hold and I waited patiently but no one answered. She stated that she was going to continue with the reservation and I asked her why she was considering refusing service. She said that I was being mean and I asked her to give an example of how or when I was mean in the brief period of time I was there. She couldn't think of anything and got an attitude and demanded my address in a frustrated tone. I started telling her my address but her tone and attitude were still present so I asked for her corporate information and to return my insurance papers. I immediately called corporate who informed me that she's normally very professional. I would steer clear of this facility... I always take responsibility for my actions and admit when I'm wrong but there is no fault here on my part. Yes I was direct, yes I was demanding Information relevant to the move-in contract, and yes I was concise and short with my words. Regardless if a customer is short with you, demanding, and direct there's work that needs to be done. Acting in this manner is not disrespectful and shouldn't be taken personally. In a business professional environment people are direct, clear and concise (short), and demanding all the time. Someone with 16 years experience should be able to answer customer questions with ease and provide clear answers and if not then they should be able to get you in touch with someone who can instead of being so dismissive. ...
