Lucia was very nice but I still don't understand how a non family member and someone with zero Executorship authority was able to show up with just a death certificate and claim someone else's property. My uncle passed away in March of this year and his ex business partner robbed him blind. I am confused how he was allowed to remove my uncle's items without a letter from court confirming his authority. You can't even pay a bill without it. My uncle rented the largest space they had to offer and I would say over $50k was stolen. I will be contacting their corporate office for some answers. ... Read more

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this location at all. Last week we booked an online reservation to open a unit. They called to confirm two days prior. They open at 9am on Saturdays, and we arrived at 9:20. (We did not have a set time to come in). We waited well over a hour, knocked, called, and rang the bell several times but no one ever arrived. They never opened the office to begin with. There was no mention of them opening late and several other customers came to the office trying to go in while we waited as well. I even called a different location to ask for assistance and was told she didn’t know why they were closed, didn’t have a number to get ahold of anyone, and to come back the next day and try again. We were forced to go with another company in town. We needed a storage unit due to us moving to a new house. Opening a unit was very time sensitive for us as we had already rented a u-haul and spent several hundreds of dollars to move that day. We finally received a call back number at 11:30, almost THREE hours after they say they open, stating they were just returning our message. We explained the situation and that we had moved on and were told “ok have a good one!”. No apology for our wasted time nor explanation as to what happened. This place has ROACHES!!!!!! (Update: mice as well) I was not comfortable bringing my things back to my home for fear of bringing roaches with me, so I didn't. They pooped and potentially laid eggs all over my boxes, I found countless dead ones, and I eventually laid traps and caught a bunch. I found live ones inside my boxes. I had to toss a lot of my belongings, and the insurance doesn't cover the losses from insects. I had to pay for extra months while trying to figure out what to do, and eventually, I had to cut my losses. I lost my mini fridge, microwave, and a lot of my clothing. I am a college student with limited funds, so this was a huge financial loss, and I am unable to replace the items. When I first discovered the infestation, I called the office, and they said they have an exterminator that treats only the outside of the building and they were unable to get one inside of my unit to treat the problem. Now, I am stuck with a bill I can not afford because of the extra months I had to pay while trying to figure out what to do, and the company did very little to help.
