John B. - 6 November 2024
We rented a unit in January, was never able to coordinate a truck with able bodied help so in May I canceled the unit, mind you we never even went to the property, never signed any paperwork, and never picked up a lock. They are saying we owe them money for June because "our lock" was on the unit....nice try!! As already stated, we never even went to the building. Never will they ever be used by me or anyone in my family. ... Read more

Never had a storage unit before, but my man Preston was super nice and helpful. Had an answer for every question and overall had awesome customer service. Went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my decision. Made me really glad I chose this place. Definitely recommend ... Read more

Mike and Alice are exceptional GREAT people!...very service oriented and thoughtful people. Britney was filling in Friday as the Residence Manager were on vacation and she didn't know my name, but yet: we became best friend by the time I left. I paid my bill and she was very professional, courteous and got me in and out. I have been there for 18 months and never had a problem with anyone, the staff is friendly, the renters are very nice people. I would highly recommend it. AND!: I have never had an attempt on my Unit being broken into...it is very, very, very safe and at the end of that day....that is what counts., but the service makes it a wonderful place to do business at. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Jack Rabbit Storage - 4664 North Witchduck Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Jack Rabbit Storage - 4664 North Witchduck Road start from $54 and can go up to $297 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
