EDITED: The absolute grimiest thing I have ever witnessed. Immediately after someone ran a red light crashing into my vehicle, which they held extreme animosity for, and others, 24/7 sends me an eviction notice giving me ten days to schedule a time to remove my property. I don't understand why they despised that bus so much, but their reply is dripping with their saliva over it being crashed. I'm disabled and cannot move as fast as most people and so I take longer to load and unload my property from my unit to vehicle and vise versa, this the staff deems loitering, there's no established time limit, they just decided I take too long and instead of considering my disability and affording me the tiniest of accomodation to allow me to use their services just as a normal person could they simply deny their services. Then they only allow me one window of opportunity to remove my property, and when calling to get the lock combination took hours of that off my little window by simply ignoring my call and taking a very long time to give me the code. See there's no staff here, no gate, just a couple cameras and a trough of hope keeping stuff secure. In my little window I moved as much as I possibly could nearly giving myself a heart attack in the process. Told to be off the property by 430pm I called the office just after 4 to get a "we'll call you back shortly" um ok.. never called back They never called back because they wanted to see what I, due to my disability had failed to remove before deciding whether or not to allow me more time to recover my stuff, as soon as I left someone rolled in to take a looksee, and they liked what they saw as there's a bunch of really valuable stuff still there so, as you might guess they're still ignoring my calls. I suppose they believe that because the rental agreement says "no loitering" They are absolved of any responsibility to accommodate people with disabilities under the Americans With Disabilities Act. Well I certainly disagree, and I'm far from alone. Especially due to the arbitrary nature of the eviction and the non existent cost of accomodation. Bravo 24/7, well done, youve crushed the disabled guy and confiscated nearly everything he stored on your property. Jack Rabbit Storage, American Classic Storage, all run by the same people, treating people just as they've treated me. EDIT;I appreciate your reply, as with anything any of us experience in this universe there are always two, often, very different perspectives regarding any given situation, I understand this thoroughly which I hope has been reflected in my efforts to refrain from any rude or insulting comments(I'm not perfect) despite my frustrations. You have made it clear to me you will afford me another opportunity to recover my property and that is much appreciated, and I will gladly pay any fees required for the continued use of the space and leave it clean and presentable for your next tenant. For your knowledge and record, any sleeping in the driver's seat of my vehicle was less than voluntary, my medications sometimes have rather unpredictable effects, should you face any similar situation in the future, maybe ask your customer if they're ok rather than assuming they're willingly and knowingly breaking your policy. ... Don't ever rent from this place. They give you a notice of eviction without being able to tell you why you're being evicted. Payments are up to date so theybhave no reason and on top of that they then put a lock on your unit and tell you you have 10 days to remove your stuff but then they refuse to remove the lock and threaten charges on you if you remove it. People behind the desk won't give you any information on how to contact who's I charge to ask about this. Thieves ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 24Seven Self Storage - 1101 Jensen Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 40 to 600 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by 24Seven Self Storage - 1101 Jensen Drive start from $52 and can go up to $647 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
