Read some helpful reviews of 24 Seven Storage at 5625 Shore Drive, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

They are super easy to work with. I leased a unit that ended up being too big and they worked with me the next day and immediately got everything sorted out to cancel the lease and start one for the correct size. I highly recommend! ... Read more

Love having 24 hour access to my stuff. Security cameras on each row, property is well taken care of. Never needed support for anything. I set everything up online, got an email with all the info for gate code and lock code within seconds of paying. ... Read more

So, I was informed about a no refund policy, which, to be clear, was never explicitly stated to me. I’ll take responsibility for not knowing, but I can’t be blamed for not being given the combinations needed to even use the storage units. When I first made my reservation, the confirmation email and text were supposed to include the access code and the combination to the locks. I never received the lock combination, making my entire reservation completely useless—a total waste of time and money. I never opened the units because I couldn’t, and didn’t even need them, yet there’s no resolution for that. My advice? If you’re thinking about getting one of these units, go in person. Don’t rely on the online system—it’s just not worth the hassle. ... Read more

Moved here from Idaho so that my daughter could help me with my wife who has dementia. We loaded all our stuff into a uhaul and she drove us out here. Our house wasn’t quite ready yet so we had to put all our stuff in storage along with my daughters stuff her kids stuff and all together we have 2 units packed full of 11 people’s keeps sakes memories and our whole life… the manager of this facility is horrible we have been trying to pay on our units for 3-4 months now and she has refused every single payment we have tried to pay with… ACH was returned due to my bank being in Idaho still she won’t take split payments from my credit cards she won’t let us pay on just one unit or just the late fees or partial payments. She refuses to accept a check cash or even just paying the past due and leaving the late fees and locks on it… Our whole family have been thru some serious heart ache and most that stuff in there are my daughters foster kids that have been thru so much already and all mine and my wife’s stuff are things that helps my wife.. it’s stuff that she remembers cause she has no idea who I am anymore.. She needs these to help her. And for the manager to laugh at our situation and refuse to help us with making our payments shows what kind of person she really is.. We have it all recorded end documented that she keeps refusing to talk to us or allow us to pay. Do not rent from this storage unit on shore drive unless you want to lose everything… ... Read more

They gave us a unit that didn’t lock, and instead of trying to help us they spoke to us like we were dumb and just didn’t know how to do it (which was not the case, it was broken). Then expected us to leave our items there with no lock on it, and then got rude and hung up on me when I said I wanted a refund. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 24 Seven Storage - 5625 Shore Drive include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by 24 Seven Storage - 5625 Shore Drive start from $24 and can go up to $184 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
