I've explained to these people several times on several occasions. The way I get paid is THE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH. I have asked them several times to just correct the day that I get paid. Every month without fail I have an issue getting into my storage unit. I don't understand why they give me such a hassle.... Especially when they get us an extra $20 every month because of the inconvenience of their own system. Believe me if I had any other storage facility within 10 miles of here. I would take my business elsewhere... I guess that's what they're banking on, being the only game in town. They can do whatever the heck they want to. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere if you can. ... Read more

I had a situation in the local self storage office with the representative on duty today.. I called the Corporate Office and spoke to a representative. She informed me that someone would call me within 3 days. The District Manager, Scott, call me back right away and helped resolve the situation. He was very professional and I appreciate him taking the time to understand & resolve my situation. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at AAAA Self Storage - 204 Moore Avenue include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 160 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by AAAA Self Storage - 204 Moore Avenue start from $53 and can go up to $139 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
