It started out as a special of $69/month for 6 months, after the 6 months was up I would get notices every 3-6 months that the price was going up - it's now almost $185/month! I can't wait to be done with this place. There are mice galore in the place - the floor is littered with mouse turds & any boxes that I popped in the handles - you guessed it - mouse turds. I had to repack all the boxes that had mouse turds in them & seal up the handles. That isn't bad enough - there is also an infestation of stinkbugs. ... Read more

DONT RENT HERE. They have rats and roaches. The office manager Amanda is extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. When I told her I found rat droppings, she said it was normal. And that they can't control other tenants. I had an inside unit and was subjected to these. ... Read more

I've been very satisfied as a storage customer. My unit was indoors a building that had good lighting (easy to turn on on a timer), a safe clean building that always had a large flatbed rolling truck for our use. Excellent on-site management and fair prices. What more could one ask for? ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at AAAA Self Storage - 1400 East Laburnum Avenue include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by AAAA Self Storage - 1400 East Laburnum Avenue start from $64 and can go up to $186 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
