I really want to give this place a 4 because the property manager is really trying to get things in order. Every day that I go to my unit, there is an issue with the gate or an issue with the number lock on the door. My lock is hard as hell to open with a key. They do try hard so I have to mention that they respond when I call. I think if the kinks get worked out, it will be just fine and I will bring it to a 4 or 5. ... Read more

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Tammy on completing my rental agreement. The website was not allowing me to complete so I called in and got to talk to the most pleasant person I've spoken with in awhile. Even when my system was being difficult and slow she was patient and walked me though it. Her customer service skills alone gives this place 5stars. ... Read more

Public storage is THE worst storage company I’ve ever encountered!!! There is no communication. I’ve called multiple times and no one would call me back. Tammy however will make sure she calls when your bill is due. The property is never cleaned and there is no one ever in the office. ... Read more

My name is Shantajah, I would like to say that Regina and Tammy were a wonderful help to myself, mom, and her friend. We were pulling in with our U-Haul and Miss.Regina still called Tammy to make sure I was assisted well even though she was about to leave. They both walked me through the process of booking my reservation and paying. Everything worked out well today thanks to them. The customer service was above and beyond; especially being that I had to book last minute. Love them for this anyone should book. ... Read more

Crazy how I have paid for security of my belongings for months and my storage was broken into …when the manager called she stated that I left the lock off ..whole time someone cut it off..it’s been two months and they still have no answer on anything ..all those cameras and not to mention that you need an access code to enter….police tried to retrieve footage..NOTHING!! Insurance still has yet to respond …me and my family lost all electronics..and they have the nerve to go up on the prices Smdh …this place is a joke! Seems like an inside job! I just want my replacements and to never ever deal with them again! ... Read more

Buys Beware. First time storage unit buyer here and I thought I was getting a good deal. I signed up on a promo or whatever for $99/month “forever” as the add and assistant told me. What I will say is read the paperwork, all of it because my rent never changed. But they did slowly and slowly cut back my discount and ofcourse I was on deployment for all of this. I put enough to cover a year just incase anything happened and by my first port call I was getting charges to my credit card for rent. I haven’t had any issues with the property or people. Overall the area and unit isn’t half bad. Definitely rodents there but I was just storing a vehicle so I wasn’t worried. Overall it’s just a shady business tactic ... Read more

Ms Tammy is absolutely incredible! She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of completing my storage. Not only did she complete the process with me, she took her time and resent information that was loss and also understood the frustrations during my moving process! She absolutely deserves a raise! :) ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 3029 Airline Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 3029 Airline Blvd start from $84 and can go up to $288 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
