The staff were very honest about what they could offer, and I respected that. These units are overpriced- at least in my opinion. However, the staff is friendly and honest. Also, after the initial introductory offer, expect a rent increase. ... Read more

Everyone is always so helpful and nice. We were attending a funeral at the church next door. The owner allowed us to park at the storage place and even offered us bottled. Everytime I need storage or someone else I recommend them. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but this place really has it. ... Read more

I went over on 2/23/17 around 5pm the door was locked doing business hours. It states there are cats inside so please come to the window. There was a cat on the window and I was trying to wait til the cat to be moved to be help. The lady was instantly rude and nasty. I asked her why was she so upset and if there was a problem she stated no. I ask her was my grandmother's storage current? She stated '' I SAID YES'' I replied well I apologize I didn't here you but there is no reason to yell. I pray that she is not the manager and i will not be going back. I said thanks have a great day. She just looked at me. Such a mean person. Never again. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Airline Self Storage - 2604 Airline Blvd include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
